The HP ProLiant DL320s server family
delivers Enterprise-level features, high-end
performance, and storage optimization at an
entry-level price. Standard features include
dual-Core Xeon processors, PC2-5300 DDR2
memory support, an embedded NC324i PCI Dual
Port Gigabit Server Adapter, and 10.5 TB of
storage capacity.
The ProLiant DL320s comes in a 2U rack
mount form factor. Integrated Lights Out 2
(iLO2) enables remote management features
such as Virtual Text Remote Console,
Dedicated and Full-Function Shared Network
Connectivity, Industry Standard 128-bit
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Secure Shell
security (SSH), and IML and iLO Event
Logging.
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Red Hat
Linux, and SuSE Linux are all supported by
the ProLiant DL320s server. The DL320s is
equipped with SmartStart to help simplify
server setup by providing a quick and easy
way to ensure consistent server
configurations. Some other features
available include Automatic Server Recovery
(ASR), Front and Rear Unit ID (UID)
